OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE INSTAGRAM CONTEST

  1. ORGANIZER
    1. The Contest is organized by TIMELEFT, a “société par actions simplifiée” registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Paris under number 889565206, with its registered office located at 128 rue la Boetie, 75008 Paris in partnership with Omio Corp (the “Partner”). 
  2. PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are intended to define the rules and terms of participation in the contest organized by TIMELEFT and the Partner (the “Contest”). 
    2. The Terms and Conditions are available on the website https://timeleft.com/fr/ (the “WebSite”).
    3. Participation in the Contest implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with the participation conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions will result in the disqualification from the Contest.
  3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
    1. The Contest is open to any individual of legal age with full legal capacity (the “Participant”) except employees of the Organizer, the Partner, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members.
    2. Participation in the Contest is free of charge.
    3. Only one entry per Participant. It is strictly prohibited for the same Participant to enter the Contest using multiple email addresses or by participating in the Contest from multiple different Instagram accounts or from an account registered on behalf of another person. 

    4. The selection of the winner will be conducted via a random draw using Simpliers, a third-party tool designed to manage Instagram giveaway contests, on the date indicated on TIMELEFT’s Instagram account.

  4. DATE AND DURATION OF THE CONTEST
    1. The exact dates and duration of the Contest are specified on the TIMELEFT’s Instagram account (the “Account”). 
    2. However, TIMELEFT or the Partner reserve the right to modify, postpone, cancel, or extend the Contest period if circumstances require, without incurring any liability in this regard.
  5. SELECTION OF THE WINNER
    1. TIMELEFT will conduct the random draw on the date indicated on the Account through Instagram.
    2. The winner (the “Winner”) will be contacted by TIMELEFT or by the Partner to receive the prize as described below.
    3. For all intents and purposes, it is specified that Participants who have not been selected as winners will not be notified.
  6. PRIZE
    1. The characteristics of the Prize and its estimated value are specified on the Account.
    2. The Prize cannot be contested, is neither transferable nor exchangeable for another prize or for any monetary value, and will not be subject to any partial or total refund. Consequently, no claims of any kind will be addressed.
    3. Winners must provide TIMELEFT with their email address
    4. The Prize allocation will be handled thereafter by the “Partner” 
    5. In all cases, the Prize will be sent within an indicative period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which TIMELEFT has all the necessary information to proceed with the delivery.
    6. TIMELEFT cannot be held liable for the failure of the Winner to provide the required information within the specified time or for providing incorrect information.
    7. If a Winner refuses the Prize, the said Winner forfeits the right to claim the Prize.
    8. If the Prize won by the Winner is no longer available for reasons beyond TIMELEFT’s control, TIMELEFT reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of the same type and of equal or greater commercial value. 
    9. Winners are prohibited from reselling the Prizes, either partially or in full, and are solely responsible for the choice and use they make of the Prizes won. 
  7. LIABILITY
    1. TIMELEFT is not responsible for any issues related to the Prize provided by the Partner. TIMELEFT cannot be held liable for any damage or harm that occurs in connection with the use of the Prizes won. 
    2. TIMELEFT is only responsible for managing the Contest and selecting the Winner. The prize fulfilment and any logistics related to the Prize, such as booking or delivery, will be handled entirely by the Partner.
    3. TIMELEFT cannot be held liable if, due to force majeure or an event beyond its control, this Contest must be cancelled, extended, shortened, modified, or postponed. 
    4. TIMELEFT may cancel or suspend all or part of the Contest if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form, and/or in the case of incorrect information being provided. In such cases, TIMELEFT reserves the right to withhold the Prize from the fraudster and/or to pursue legal action against the perpetrators of such fraud in the competent courts. Any person found attempting fraud will be disqualified from the Contest, and their prize will be put back into play.
    5. TIMELEFT reserves the right to terminate the Contest at any time in the event of force majeure or any obvious impossibility, without any claim for moral or financial damages from participants. In any case, if the proper administrative and/or technical conduct of the Contest is disrupted by logistical issues, unauthorized human intervention, or any other cause beyond TIMELEFT’s control, TIMELEFT reserves the right to interrupt the Contest.
  8. PERSONAL DATA
    1. TIMELEFT follows a personal data protection policy, the details of which are explained in the document entitled Privacy Policy, which the Participant is expressly invited to review
  9. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    1. The Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
    2. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of the Terms and Conditions, TIMELEFT will seek an amicable resolution of the dispute with the Participant(s). Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute arising from the validity, interpretation, or execution of the Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the competent courts.
