Timeleft is a unique platform that organizes dinners among strangers. Our goal is to connect people from different backgrounds to share a memorable culinary experience. By using our platform, users can book a seat at a dinner, meet new people, and expand their social network.

Creating an account on Timeleft is entirely free. However, to book a seat at a dinner, you need to purchase a ticket or subscribe to a monthly membership. It’s important to note that the cost of the dinner is not included in these fees and is borne by each participant.

The subscription plans available are: monthly (€14.99 per month), quarterly (€34.99 every three months) or half-yearly (€44.99 every six months).

It’s essential to create an account and complete the personality test to book a seat at a dinner. All bookings and payments must be made through the platform.

Important: We ALWAYS have room at our dinners, as we have no limit on the number of restaurant tables in the city. We also ACCEPT EVERYONE, regardless of your age, sexuality, or the language you speak. You just need to speak the language of the country where the experience is taking place or be fluent in English.

To participate in a Wednesday dinner, you must register until 23:59 of the previous Monday. After this deadline, we close registrations to allow our algorithm to create optimal groups for dinner. If you register after Monday, your booking will automatically be postponed for the dinner on the following Wednesday.

This gives us the necessary time to ensure the best possible experience for all participants and ensure the best possible match. So be sure to check the date when booking to avoid any confusion.

Important point for subscribers: If you are a paying subscriber, this guarantees you a seat every week. However, it’s up to you to book your seat for each dinner. This ensures that each member will indeed be present and guarantees tables with 6 participants.

• When and how long? Dinners always take place on Wednesdays at 8:00 pm and last between 2 and 3 hours, depending on group compatibility.
  
  
• Where to go? The address of the restaurant is communicated on Wednesday morning, giving everyone plenty of time to get organized.
  
  
• Restaurant Choice: We select restaurants from the coolest in the city. Our algorithm does its best to respect the group’s dietary restrictions, although this can be more challenging for 100% vegans.
  
  
• Cost and responsibility of dinner: The cost of dinner is like a classic dinner; it depends on what you decide to eat. Timeleft strives to find restaurants where the cost of a meal typically ranges between 20 and 35 euros. Timeleft is not present during the dinner, and each group is responsible for its bill. Each participant is free to pay only for what they ordered and act as a responsible adult.

Cancellation: To obtain a refund, you MUST cancel from your account until 23:59 of Monday (Not by email or Whatsapp). After this date, it is no longer possible to obtain a refund. For the respect of other participants, even if you can no longer attend, please cancel your participation. Anyone who fails to cancel more than three times will not be able to book a Timeleft dinner.

Timeleft does not reschedule reservations. If you have not canceled your reservation by 11:59 p.m. on Monday (the same week as your scheduled dinner), the reservation will be forfeited, without possibility of changing dates.

Subscribers: If you are a subscriber, you can cancel at anytime. However, after several last-minute cancellations, your subscription may be cancelled to maintain the quality of ours dinners (intended for 6 participants at the table).

Refund processing: The refund will be in your account between 1 and 10 days. If there’s an issue, contact support.

The personality test is designed to better understand your preferences, interests, and personality. This helps us pair you with people with similar interests during dinners. The test is an essential step in registration and must be completed to book a seat at a dinner.

1. Account Creation: As soon as your account is created, our matching algorithm gets to work to find a compatible group for you and indicates that you can book a seat.
   
   
2. Booking Confirmed: As soon as you pay for your seat (or book it for free thanks to your subscription), we send you a confirmation email. This is the time to double-check that you have booked for the correct date.
   
   
3. Group Details: On Tuesday, once registrations are closed and group matchings are finalized, you will receive details about your group’s composition, such as the language spoken during dinner and the average age.
   
   
4. Assigned Restaurant: On the day of the experience, you will receive an email notification inviting you to check the restaurant assigned to your group directly in the app. If you haven’t received an email by 1 pm on Wednesday, please contact us on WhatsApp.
   
   
5. Feedbacks: At the end of the evening, you will receive one last email to collect your valuable feedback to help us improve. We count on you!

1. We are not a dating app: Timeleft is NOT a dating app like Tinder or Bumble. Our goal is to connect you with interesting people, without prejudice, over dinner. Everyone is free to come with their expectations, but always respecting others.
   
   
2. Group Composition:
   1. Our algorithm strives to create a balance between women and men. Although the majority of groups consist of 3 men and 3 women, women often respond in greater numbers (50 to 65% of participants). This can lead to a distribution of 4 women to 2 men on some tables.
   2. Our algorithm ensures that participants are grouped with a maximum age difference of 10 years between the youngest and oldest at the same table. The average age of Timeleft participants is between 35 and 40.
      
      
3. Confidentiality: We do not share personal information among members. No personal information about a member is communicated to the rest of the group. During dinner, it’s up to you to discover the others and share what  you wish.
   
   
4. Spoken Language: We strive to group members at the same table who have chosen to speak the same language (English or mother tongue). If you are from the country where the experience is taking place and you have opted for English, this cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on the number of participants. You might be placed at a table where your mother tongue is spoken. If you don’t speak English, you will undoubtedly be at a table where the language of the country of the experience is spoken.

• Price and access: The plans available for subscription are: monthly (€14.99 paid per month), quarterly (€34.99 paid every three months) or six-monthly (€44.99 paid every six months). Each plan gives you access to all the dinners of the month, every Wednesday. • Duration and renewal: Each subscription is valid for 30 days and is automatically renewed. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so directly (and only) on https://app.timeleft.com/. You can cancel your subscription at any time, up to the day before the 30th day. If there’s an issue, please contact customer support.
• Subscription start: Your subscription takes effect on the day of your purchase and allows you to book your seat for the next dinner. You can book a seat until the last day of your subscription.
