Cancellation: To obtain a refund, you MUST cancel from your account until 23:59 of Monday (Not by email or Whatsapp). After this date, it is no longer possible to obtain a refund. For the respect of other participants, even if you can no longer attend, please cancel your participation. Anyone who fails to cancel more than three times will not be able to book a Timeleft dinner.
Timeleft does not reschedule reservations. If you have not canceled your reservation by 11:59 p.m. on Monday (the same week as your scheduled dinner), the reservation will be forfeited, without possibility of changing dates.
Subscribers: If you are a subscriber, you can cancel at anytime. However, after several last-minute cancellations, your subscription may be cancelled to maintain the quality of ours dinners (intended for 6 participants at the table).
Refund processing: The refund will be in your account between 1 and 10 days. If there’s an issue, contact support.
