What's your social health score?

Your last 30 days with other people, scored out of 100. A few quick questions, from who you saw to who you'd call at 11:00 pm, then one small idea for next month.

The score covers your last 30 days and says nothing about who you are. It isn't a medical or mental health assessment.

How it works

  1. Quick questions

Ten taps, mostly about your last 30 days. Nothing asks you to rate yourself.

  2. Your score and its shape

A number out of 100 and a picture of how your month looked.

  3. One idea for next month

Something to keep or something to try, depending on how you feel about this month.

Questions people ask

What is social health?

It's the part of your health that comes from the people in your life. This score looks at how your last 30 days went with them.

Is this a loneliness test?

No. It asks what your month looked like and doesn't diagnose anything. Next month can look different.

How is the score worked out?

It adds up time with people, new faces, depth, and who you can call. The shape shows how those four sit together, so two people with the same score can have very different months.

Where do the survey figures come from?

From 703 Timeleft members who answered our Social Health Survey in September 2026. They were already regulars at our events, so their figures are there for context and we don't rank you against them.

Are my answers saved?

No. Your answers are worked out in your browser and stay there. A share link carries only your score and its four parts. We count finished quizzes without names or emails, and if you ask for the plan we keep your name and email to send it.
