Questions people ask
How does it pick my city?
Every answer tells us something about the life you'd choose, from where you'd wake up to how late you'd stay out. We compare that with what we know about each city and about the Timeleft members who live there. The closest fit wins.
What does the percentage mean?
How well that city fits the answers you gave. The city you live in gets the same score, so you can see where the two differ.
Do I have to move?
No. Most people don't. The result shows what your own city does well, what it's short on, and the next Timeleft dinner there.
Can I compare it with where I live?
Yes. We ask where you live first, then score that city on the same answers, side by side with your result. If we're not in your city yet, pick the nearest one we are in.
Is my result saved?
Only if you ask us to email it. The result is worked out in your browser, and a share link carries your answers so a friend sees the same city. We count which cities come up, never who got them. If you ask for the email, we keep your name and email to send it.
Can I take it again?
As often as you like. Change an answer and you might land somewhere else.
